Returns & Refunds Policy

At WristRoc, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of craftsmanship and service. Each piece is carefully selected and prepared to ensure it arrives in flawless condition. If, however, your order does not meet expectations, we are here to assist you with our returns process.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and accessories.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Client Care team at wristroc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photographs (if applicable).

  3. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • WristRoc reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the outlined conditions.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired piece is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the unlikely event your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund once the item is returned and assessed.


Final Sale Items

  • Sale, promotional, and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed (verified, quality-checked, packaged) within 24–48 hours.

Shipping/delivery time: Varies by country — from a few days to a few weeks depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Please note delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, or other unforeseen factors.

-Store jewelry in a dry, clean place (e.g. a soft pouch or box) to reduce scratching or tarnishing.
-Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals (perfume, chlorine, cleaning agents).
-Clean gently with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive materials.

We accept major debit and credit cards, and also support PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other popular digital wallets (depending on your region)

Billing is done in supported currencies (USD, CAD, EUR, or local equivalent, where available). If your card uses a different currency, your bank will convert it as per its exchange rate.

You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
You will need proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
