Order Processing

Each order is meticulously prepared within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Upon dispatch, you will receive a personalized notification containing your tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic (U.S./U.K./E.U.): Expected delivery within 7–14 business days.

  • International: Expected delivery within 10–20 business days, subject to customs procedures and regional courier services.
    Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be influenced by international customs protocols or local carrier schedules.

Shipping Fees

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: Provided on all orders.

  • Expedited Delivery: Where available, premium delivery options are offered at checkout.

Customs & Duties

As our collections are shipped globally, certain destinations may apply duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. WristRoc cannot influence or expedite customs processes.

Order Tracking

For peace of mind, every order is accompanied by a unique tracking number. This allows you to follow the journey of your piece from our atelier to your doorstep.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and item. WristRoc is not responsible for packages lost or marked as delivered by the courier.

Shipping Restrictions

Our creations are available to most destinations worldwide. Should we be unable to ship to your location due to restrictions on luxury goods, you will be informed at checkout.

We accept major debit and credit cards, and also support PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other popular digital wallets (depending on your region)

Billing is done in supported currencies (USD, CAD, EUR, or local equivalent, where available). If your card uses a different currency, your bank will convert it as per its exchange rate.

You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
You will need proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
